Terms of service
These terms govern use of the VESFEHHUB online store and purchases made through it. VESFEHHUB is an independent retailer of Poedagar watches. We do not manufacture the watches or claim to be an official representative of Poedagar.
Products and orders
Please review the product description and the selected variant before ordering. Images show the item and variant identified on the product page; screen settings may affect colour appearance. Product specifications and included accessories are those stated for the selected item. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. We will contact you if availability, an error or a fulfillment issue prevents us from accepting or fulfilling it. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, the affected payment will be refunded.
Prices and payments
The store base currency is US dollars (USD). If a local currency is displayed, it represents a conversion; review the currency and final total at checkout. Delivery charges and any taxes collected by the store are displayed before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate conversion fees. Do not submit inaccurate payment or delivery information.
Shipping and import charges
Our Poedagar watches are dispatched from China. Order processing takes place before carrier transit. Delivery options, applicable charges and estimates are shown for eligible destinations at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Customs procedures and destination-country import charges may apply. We do not promise that all import charges are included unless the checkout expressly confirms this.
Returns and consumer rights
Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 30-day voluntary return window and how to contact us for return instructions. Mandatory rights relating to withdrawal, faulty goods, delivery, refunds and legal guarantees remain in force. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website use
Use the store lawfully. Do not submit malicious code, misuse customer information, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with checkout. Content owned by VESFEHHUB and content supplied by others remains subject to its owners rights. Poedagar trademarks belong to their respective owner.
Service providers and privacy
The store is hosted by Shopify. Payment and other service providers process information needed to deliver their services. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is used and the choices available to you.
Corrections and changes
We may correct inaccurate store information and update these terms for future use and orders. Changes do not remove rights or agreed terms for an order already accepted. If an order is affected by a material error, we will contact you and provide any cancellation or refund required by law.
