Dispatch and processing

Our Poedagar watch collection is supplied for dispatch from China. Processing includes confirming the order, checking the selected variant and preparing the parcel. Order processing takes 1–10 business days before dispatch and is separate from the carrier transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders are fulfilled through our suppliers; fulfillment is not presented as an automatic service.

Destinations and delivery options

We accept orders only for destinations and delivery services supported by our current suppliers and checkout. An address appearing in a country list does not guarantee delivery availability. The available delivery options and charges must be shown before you pay. We do not promise worldwide delivery or identify a local carrier unless it has been confirmed for the route.

Shipping options and charges

Free Shipping: USD $0.00, with estimated transit of 8–20 business days after dispatch, without a minimum order amount. Priority Shipping: USD $15.78, with estimated transit of 6–11 business days after dispatch. Available options depend on the delivery destination and are shown at checkout. These transit estimates do not include the 1–10 business days of order processing.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Delivery estimates depend on the destination and service, and begin after dispatch unless clearly stated otherwise. They are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs checks, public holidays, weather and carrier disruptions can affect transit. Where tracking is provided, you will receive the tracking details after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear.

Address information and delivery issues

Please check your full delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If your parcel is delayed, marked delivered but missing, damaged or undeliverable, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law and will not transfer our legal delivery obligations to the customer.

Taxes, duties and import procedures

Taxes collected by the store, if applicable, are shown at checkout. Destination-country import duties, taxes or handling charges may be collected by customs or the carrier unless expressly included in the checkout total. We do not guarantee that delivery is free of import charges. This does not limit mandatory rights or responsibilities under applicable law.
